Internal Audits
An essential part of every quality management system is the regular execution on internal audits. Here it is checked how effective the QM system is, what performance it is capable of, whether it fulfils the requirements of the norms (of the customer), and ultimately what changes are needed. The primary objective of internal audits is discovering improvement potential through the analysis of existing processes and structures.
There are various types of internal audits:
- System audits
- Process audits (e.g. VDA 6.3, edition 2016)
- Product audits (products and services)
- Supplier audits (e.g. VDA 6.3 / potential analysis edition 2016)
- Shift audits
- SOS audits (safety = orderliness + cleanliness)
- Compliance audits
The differences are in the perspective scope and the depth of consideration.
We’ll gladly support you in the execution and documentation of these audits.
Our experience as certification auditors assures you a targeted and punctual analysis of your products and processes. At the conclusion of the audit you will receive an audit report and an accompanying plan of action so that you can follow the determined measures easily and effectively.
